Orders
Orders are placed through the shopping cart, with payments processed via PayPal. Details can be reviewed and corrected before completing the order. Contract languages are German and English. Orders are stored by us via email. The purchase contract is concluded upon completion of the order and payment via PayPal. After placing an order, you will receive a payment confirmation from PayPal. Order details are stored by us via email. They cannot be accessed online at a later date. Statutory warranty rights apply. Orders are shipped once a week.
Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify AAAbooks, Max Prediger, Schützenstraße 39, 22761 Hamburg, Germany, info@aaabooks.de, by means of a clear statement. Sending your notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient. The model withdrawal form is available here; its use is optional.
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Additional costs for a different delivery method will not be refunded. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, without additional fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
The goods must be returned to AAAbooks, Schützenstraße 39, 22761 Hamburg, Germany, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Sending the goods before the deadline is sufficient. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
